Equipment

 

 

 Everyone dreads a mobile disco with awful speakers with poor sound quality and tacky lighting. So here at Dancefloor Discos & Events we take great pride in using professional, smart, reliable and stylish equipment which consists of excellent State of the art lighting which fills any venue room. Also a great sound system with wonderful sound quality. All of which looks highly presentable in any room. We use the latest in sound and light equipment using brands such as Martin, Numark, Mackie and Acme.

 



 All of our equipment is PAT (Portable Appliance Tested) on a yearly basis. Certain venues may wish to see a copy of our PAT certificate which we are quite happy to do so.

 

 


For your peace of mind we carry a back up of all the essential items that we use such as CD players and thus if for any reason an item wasn't working we would have a standby unit on-site.

 

 

 

 

Pricing

 

 As I'm sure you will appreciate no two events are the same and thus we don't have a fixed price list for our disco services, apart from the packages that we offer below.

To help us to be in a situation where we can provide you with a quotation we do need to know some details about your event.

The cost to hire our services will depend on numerous factors, these will include:

  • The date of your event
  • The venue where it is being held
  • How long we would need to be on site for
  • The number of guests that will be in attendance
  • If you require a dance floor, starcloth, Venue Uplighting etc and if so how many.

We are certainly not the cheapest disco in the area, having said that we offer a service to our clients like no other disco company that we are aware of. The majority of our work comes from either referrals from past clients or venues, we don't do any paid advertising!

Packages 

 

As with most things in life, the more you buy the cheaper each item becomes, we believe in doing just that. We have created a few packages that we feel offer fantastic value for money and will transform your venue. The 2011 ULTIMATE package consists of:

  • A choice of white or black 16ft x 16ft Starlit Dancefloor
  • A 6m x 3m Ivory Starcloth
  • An Ivory Starlit Table Skirt (22ft in length / 3 trestle tables).
  • An Ivory STarlit Cake Table cloth
  • Our LED Venue Uplighting (up to 24 units) to transform the walls of your venue in the colour or colours of your choice.
  • One of our full time professional DJ's who will stay on site all day providing background music for the wedding breakfast, radio microphones for the speeches and of course DJ at the evening reception.

The cost for this package is £1495 


 

 

The Venue Uplighting and Professional DJ  Package

  • Our LED Venue Uplighting (up to 24 units) to transform the walls of your venue in the colour or colours of your choice.
  • One of our full time professional DJ's who will stay on site all day providing background music for the wedding breakfast, radio mircophones for the speeches and of course DJ at the evening reception. 

The cost for this package is £695 pounds
